Johnstons Pharmacy offers free prescription local delivery service from all our pharmacies

We offer our customers a convenient and efficient delivery service if you live locally to your chosen Johnstons Pharmacy. If you or someone you know would be interested in this service, speak with a member of our team who would be happy to arrange this for you.

Alternatively you may place an order with us online as outlined below for paid delivery with An Post and leave us a message to include your prescription with the delivery. 

Johnston’s Pharmacy is pleased to offer free delivery in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over €50*  

 €6.50 will be charged for all orders under €50 in the ROI & Northern Ireland  

€8.95 will be charged on all orders to the UK  

UK Customers, please note; As of 13th February 2025, we have temporarily disabled UK Shipping as we have experienced issues processing orders through customs. Please contact us for more information

Please note;

• Delivery times may vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
• Should there be a delay with your order you will be notified as soon as possible. For example in the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will advise you by email or telephone of the expected delivery date.
  

We cannot guarantee next day delivery but we are working hard to processing orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays & Responsibilities

• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible about any possible delays.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
• If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
• While we use reliable postal services, Johnston's Pharmacy is not liable for delays beyond estimated delivery times.

*Surcharge may occur on bulky/heavy orders. All orders are subject to increased pricing depending on the total shipping weight of your order and the destination. The price of the shipping will be calculated at the checkout.  

Most orders under 1kg are subject to standard shipping rates.  

To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify.

Please be aware that external factors (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order. These issues are beyond our control once the parcel is dispatched. 

Click & Collect Service 

 *Click & collect available from Lanesborough and Longford Stores 

 To arrange a click & collect order, add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout  

 Select I’ll collect my order as the delivery option.  

 Payment authorisation is taken when you place your order and Full payment is taken when you collect your items.  

 We will contact you by email once your items are ready for collection from the store. Please allow up to 48 hours for collection.  

 We will keep your order in store for 14 days, from the date of receipt to store. After this period you will be contacted and we will either process a refund via your original method of payment. 

If for any reason you are unable to collect your order when it is ready please contact us either by email customersupport@johnstonspharmacy.ie or phone us on 043 33 30775  to make an alternative arrangement.
